Congratulations! As you may have heard, your section has received the Silver level of recognition for Web Excellence. Section websites were graded by a group of judges from the SAE staff and scores were based on site design, content, navigation, and usability.

The awards were announced and certificates were distributed at this year's Section Officer's Leadership Seminar (SOLS) conference. As a supplement to that recognition, attached is an award icon to help you make your site even better. Please post it on the section's website, so that members and visitors to the site will be aware of your level of excellence.

Here are some comments from our judges:

• The site has the basic content needed to be valuable. You are off to a good start.
• The best way to improve your site is to consider some design changes. First, you should remove the underlines from SAE International and Twin Cities' Section as this usually indicates that it's a link to another page.   (Corrected)
• To be in compliance with the Website Guidelines, the site must have a link to the SAE Website. Add contact information and links to email addresses on the Board of Governors List page.   (Link and e-addresses added)
